Sales Manager/Key Account Manager for Sweden and Finland

Santic Group is in a process of building up an international sales organization in Europe and among others a newly created position as Sales Manager/Key Account Manager for Sweden and Finland. The position is situated in Sweden from your home office.

The position reports to the Director of Santic International GmbH in Germany and you will work closely with the OEM Director for Santic International GmbH.

Responsibilities Include

– Direct sales to existing and new customers in Sweden and Finland, thus ensuring that Santic Group is at the top of their agenda when talking about sportswear – both garments and fabrics.
– Customer care – you will take over several existing customers, but you are also expected to build your own (new) customer base.
– Identify business development opportunities in the Swedish and Finnish markets within sportswear.
– Weekly reporting to the management – sparring about market trends, customer feedback and exchange of experience.
– You will be the link between the customer and production, and must contribute to a good customer experience, including the right quality and quantities at the agreed time.
– When making offers and placing orders, you will also work closely with the Supply Chain-team/merchandising team. – You must participate in clarification of needs/customer needs, production of samples and price surveys.

About you

To be successful in the role, it is important that you are a communicatively strong salesperson who really loves to win the business and the personal meeting with customers. You need to be self-motivated and -driven, business-oriented and have a high energy. You are adaptable, structured, and proactive, and you take the lead to win the customers. Santic Group are a growing company, where there are changing and challenging tasks, and it is therefore important that you are flexible and good at keeping an overview in a busy everyday life. Furthermore, we also see that:

– You have several years of experience preferable within sport-, outdoor, fashion and/or footwear. If you have experience with OEM, it is an advantage but not a demand.
– You have well documented sales experience within B2B.
– Your educational background is not decisive – if it matches your personality. Industry knowledge will be an advantage, but not a prerequisite for filling the job. The most important thing is that you possess the important and right ”sales gene”, have a lot of positive energy, and are hungry in a sales perspective.
– You must be a winner. You have in-depth knowledge of sales and experience in ”closing a sale”, and as a person you are motivated by creating good results and getting the order home from the customer.
– You can create good relationships with the customer, you are committed and have a high drive and a positive contagious energy.
– You are structured, analytically strong, look holistically at problems and opportunities and argue based on facts, and are keen on IT and details.
– You are self-driven and able to work independently. – Good language skills in English written as well as spoken.
