representative in Sweden?


Current market position
GripGrab products are currently sold in more than 1.200 retail shops in Europe, and we have approximately 150 active b2b customers in Sweden. We have well-established supplier relations with some of the major players including Team Sportia, Intersport, Stadium and Sportson, and we are the main supplier of accessories at Vätternrundan and Cykelvasan. 

Job brief
We are looking for a result-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Your mission will be to maintain and develop existing customer relationships, and to sell in our expanding range of product categories to both existing and potential customers. 


  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Successfully introduce new product categories on the Swedish market
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products and services
  • Continuously improve through feedback


Your profile

  • You are positive by nature, energetic and eager to achieve results
  • You have at least 3 years of experience from similar sales jobs within the bike/sports/running industry
  • You are motivated to acquire new customers and develop sales channels
  • You enjoy sport and an active life style, and have a strong desire to work in the bike/sports/running industry
  • IT is a natural part of your life so you will quickly learn to utilize our CRM system
  • You have excellent Swedish language skills (both written and spoken) and speak and write English at an acceptable level
  • Preferably you live in the Stockholm or Gothenburg area
