The Job

  • Responsible for creating, writing and executing the strategic account plan.
  • Responsible for creating, writing and executing the Stockholm Key city plan
  • Explanation to and information of customers regarding the brand's strategic orientation, products, and marketing concept.
  • Direct constant contact to our customers' relevant decision makers in the purchasing departments and in the central stores.
  • Monitoring the compliance with the concluded agreement in stores by involving visual merchandisers and sales reps, especially monitoring product presence, and presentation of the brand at the POS.
  • Monitoring and checking of prices, discounts, terms of delivery for incoming orders.
  • Correspondence with trade partners.
  • Recognizing changes within the market and with the customer in good time, and reacting by developing suggestions; adjusting to the new situation quickly.
  • Inform co-workers on relevant transactions and processes.
  • Other tasks associated with the function and tasks that may arise from staff shortage.
  • Reporting directly to the Strategic Account Manager Nordics.


Your Profile

  • Education; Bachelor's degree, Master would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 till years working experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years key account
  • Strong knowledge of the outdoor/action sport industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful research, margin control and planning & development.
  • Team player (short communication lines with Marketing, Customer Service and Credit Control).
  • Hands-on attitude; pragmatic approach to business development.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; commercially astuteness.
  • Attention to commercial details and contract completion.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish and English language, written & spoken.
